Milton Precinct – Mackay Airport is seeking expressions of interest from business, retail and mixed-use service businesses who wish to develop their business as part of the prosperous Mackay region. This questionnaire seeks to collect information such that a design brief can be formulated to guide the development of the Milton Precinct concept design. The concept design shall primarily be focused upon the layout of the precinct and the provision of appropriate infrastructure to service the needs of the precinct and its tenants. Respondents should consider the demands of their proposed infrastructure and operations in their response.
